Elementary school massacre

It was hard not to just sit and cry yesterday when I heard the news of those poor children. This morning I read a blog post that really spoke to the issue better than I ever could and I would like to share it with you.

Please read this excellent post here:

  4. Horrible tragic and depressing are the 3 words that come to mind for me when I think about that school killing.
Mental ill and Depression is a horrible thing. But the taking of innocent lives especially children needs to end.

Most people with mental illness and depressive disorders are harmless. For those who are violent and murderous we really need to study their triggers and habits. By learning about common traits they may share maybe we will be better equipped to prevent future ones.

Its disgusting what happened, and the people who were families and friends must be badly effected, I also have a site, focusing on depression in a attempt to express my feelings and also help others :)http://thetreeman123.blogspot.co.uk/

  7. That event sent a shiver down my spine. But I would not be too hasty to deeming the events and actions made by that boy as the acts of a mad-man. Who knows what was going in his life. It obviously does not justify the killing of other innocent beings, but one could blame on whatever drove him to do such an act.

I would also like to see what some of you think about my new blog. I usually don't have energy or motivation to write but recently I got an upsurge of energy and having some feedback will help to keep writing more about my own story with depression.
